The place was fully equipped and had competent and service-minded staff at the reception desk. The hotel's location was the best possible, close to Friedrichstrasse train station with a shopping center and a small shopping mall within walking distance.

Great and fabulous location next to an underground station, a lovely restaurant nearby, neat and updated room with a spacious bathroom, excellent service.

Convenient wake-up service in my comfortable double room was a great touch. The room was a decent size and had useful amenities like an electric kettle and fridge! ⏰

The place was fairly clean, exceptionally clean and huge rooms. I was here for 1 night and ate at indoor restaurant for breakfast or light meal. Enjoyed exceptionally good views and wake-up service, available when you need it. The staff members were very kind. The hotel was in a brilliant location close enough to tourist attractions, such as the Dom, museums and the Brandenburg Gate, the all major cultural sites : nice restaurants and the public transport-metro and train station.

The hotel is located in a very nice area. It has a perfect and magnificent location, very close to the center of Berlin.- The hotel is conveniently close to the train station and shops.- Just a 15-minute walk to Madame Tussauds Berlin Wax Museum.

The hotel's central location was perfect, right next to a grand boulevard. The area was very nice and close to many interesting tourist attractions and monuments. The room we got had a bathtub, which was great.

Everything here was great, and the weather was pleasant, enjoyed it. We had comfort double room with a large laptop, the bedroom and the Minibar. Very kind staff at reception desk talking to each other and kept the hotel fairly clean.

The staff at the reception desk were super friendly and welcoming. The room was reasonably sized, silent, and had a beautiful view.- The breakfasts were delicious and amazing, and the food available was excellent.- The hotel is in a magnificent and stunning location, close to a prestigious university and the central station.

The restaurant here is a nice spot for breakfast or a light meal, and we enjoyed ordering warm dishes.

Its location was absolutely perfect, just 5 minutes walk from Museum Island. We also went to city centre, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.
